Magic Bus India Foundation, in collaboration with Loyola College, successfully conducted a five-day Employability Skills Training Programme for final-year B.A., B.Com., and B.Sc. students from 2nd to 6th February 2026. The programme was facilitated by a team of experienced resource persons — Mr. Nikhil Teja S (Livelihood Officer), Ms. Fahmitha Shirin (Training Officer), Ms. Sruthi A. R. (Training Officer), and Mr. Basappa (Placement Officer). The sessions covered key areas such as Communication and Active Listening, Self-Awareness and Goal Setting, Resilience and Decision-Making, Resume Building, and Mock Interviews, among other essential career-readiness competencies. Designed to be interactive and practical, the training enabled students to actively participate in activities, discussions, and simulations that strengthened their confidence, professional skills, and overall employability. The programme provided valuable insights into workplace expectations and helped students prepare effectively for their transition from academia to the professional world.
