The Department of Science, Loyola College organized a Dissertation Presentation program for B.Sc. 2nd Year students on 22nd May at 9:30 AM in the CET Class under the guidance of Ms. Preethi, Faculty of Zoology. The program commenced with a warm welcome to the dignitaries, faculty members, and students. The event showcased the dedicated efforts of students who presented dissertations on various topics related to Cell Biology, Genetics, Evolution, and Ethology. During the session, the Vice Principal addressed the gathering and motivated the students with an inspiring speech emphasizing the importance of creativity, dedication, and developing a genuine interest in academics and research. The address encouraged students to continue learning with curiosity and commitment. Ms. Preethi delivered the keynote address and appreciated the sincere efforts of the students. She highlighted that the students had worked consistently for nearly two months, referring to various research papers and gaining in-depth scientific knowledge. She expressed pride in witnessing the enthusiasm, dedication, and academic growth of the students throughout the dissertation process. The students confidently presented their dissertation work and successfully submitted their dissertation reports. They explained their topics effectively and responded to the questions raised by faculty members with clarity and confidence, reflecting their preparation and understanding of the subjects.
