Date: 22 August 2026 Venue: Loyola Hall Organised by: Department of Arts The Department of Arts, Loyola College, Manvi, organised a Food Exhibition on 22 August 2026 with the active participation of B.A. I, II and III Year students. More than 50 traditional, regional and nutritious food items were displayed. The exhibition highlighted the importance of healthy and nutritious food, food culture, agriculture and the contribution of farmers. Through a variety of food items, students showcased the theme of “Unity in Diversity” and the cultural richness associated with different food traditions. Students actively participated in the preparation, presentation and explanation of the food items, gaining practical experience in creativity, teamwork, communication and leadership. The programme was successfully conducted with the cooperation of the college administration, faculty, staff and students. The event provided a meaningful learning experience while celebrating the diversity of Indian food culture.
